About the Properties

All properties include basics, such as refrigerator, stove, ceiling fans, blinds and routine lawn care. Most properties have central air/heat. Also, many properties have washers and dryers, or dishwashers. Some properties have fenced yards and garages.

We welcome pets at most properties; tenants pay a nonrefundable pet fee. The owners use a cadre of experienced professionals for maintenance and repairs.

There is a $20.00 application fee. The owners require tenants to pay first and last month rent, security deposit (in the amount of one month's rent), and pet fee (if applicable), thirty days before the lease begins. The owners will reserve properties for fall semester if tenants pay a nonrefundable deposit and make scheduled payments through the months preceding the beginning date of the lease.
