Welcome to Daly Properties

Kevin and Carol Daly have been renting their properties for twenty years. They have a wide assortment of houses and multi-family units located close to UF Campus, and they cater to college students.

Also, they live near the properties. Thus, tenants deal directly with owners Kevin, Carol, or Claudette (their assistant), rather than intermediaries such as property managers, who are often encountered in large complexes or rental houses owned by absentee landlords.
